  I had a question regarding my service dog and what could be deducted. I called four different places and no one could answer my question (one firm did not even know what a service dog was). Thank you Angela.

  Where do I start with this office? First, Rudolph was supposed to help with a simple IRS mistake. He supposedly filled out the appropriate paperwork and mailed it in for us. We thought everything was cleared up, so we paid him his fee. A couple of months later, we get a letter in the mail from the IRS - Rudolph had obviously not done the work we paid him for. A few weeks after that letter was received, we received a past due payment from Rudolph's office. I quickly called to tell him we already paid, and he asked me to email him verification, so I emailed him the image of the check he cashed two months before. I also asked him to get back to us regarding the IRS situation. He never got back to us. Then, a month later, I receive a second past due notice with interest included! He obviously did not pay any attention to my phone call or email. In the meantime, I have found out that my friend had Rudolph do his taxes for him - he never filed them! Rudolph is a terrible Accountant!
