The bank made an error and tried to blame me for it when the proof showed it was their fault. CLAIR VALLE **hung up** on me and **screamed me**. CLAIRA VALLE needs customer service training she's extremely rude. She's not your everyday teller she makes sure you get disrespected and yelled at.
